We deploy trained teams of 2 to 6 cleaners, working 6 to 10 hours as needed to clean every nook, cranny, and overlooked space.

 

Pricing begins at $0.45/sq ft and includes the following meticulous services:

ENTIRE HOME

• High dusting of ceiling corners, vents, beams, and cobweb removal

• Dust and wipe down ceiling fans and light fixtures

• Clean air return vents and register covers

• Hand wipe walls, doors, doorframes, and switch plates

• Spot clean interior walls (marks, fingerprints, splatter)

• Clean all baseboards by hand

• Wipe and sanitize all window sills, frames, and tracks

• Clean interior windows and glass doors

• Dust and wipe blinds or shutters (slat-by-slat)

• Vacuum and edge all carpeted areas

• Move small/light furniture to vacuum and mop underneath

• Sanitize high-touch points: remote controls, doorknobs, light switches, handles

• Mop all hard flooring with appropriate floor-safe solutions

 

KITCHEN

• Inside, outside and underneath appliances (safely moving appliances to clean hard-to-reach spaces)

• Clean and sanitize all countertops and backsplashes

• Hand scrub and sanitize sinks and faucets

• Clean stovetop, grates, and control knobs

• Deep clean inside oven

• Empty and wipe down all cabinet and drawer interiors 

• Clean cabinet exteriors, handles, and kickplates

• Clean trash cans and replace liners

• Dust light fixtures and under-cabinet lighting

 

BATHROOMS

• Scrub and sanitize tubs, shower walls, shower doors, and grout lines

• Clean and disinfect toilets (inside, outside, behind the base)

• Hand wipe and disinfect counters, sinks, faucets, and handles

• Polish mirrors, glass, and chrome finishes

• Clean light fixtures and vents

• Wipe down cabinet exteriors and drawer fronts

• Empty and clean inside drawers/cabinets

• Sanitize towel racks and toilet paper holders

• Mop and disinfect floors

• Dust light fixtures and under-cabinet lighting

 

BEDROOMS & LIVING SPACES

• Dust all furniture tops, fronts, sides, and legs

• Wipe under beds and furniture (when accessible)

• Vacuum and rotate couch cushions (if applicable)

• Remove dust buildup from behind electronics and cords

• Clean inside closet shelving and door tracks (upon request)

• Tidy and organize visible surfaces (optional)
