Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping throughout the property to ensure every space looks and feels fresh. We work left-to-right, top-to-bottom at every clean. We pride ourselves on touching every surface, every time. 

 

• Sanitization

Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch spaces, and bathrooms including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors—restocked with guest essentials.

 

• Kitchen Detailing

Wipe down all surfaces, countertops, and appliances, clean sink and faucet, and check for leftover items.

 

• On-site Laundry service

No need to worry about cleaning linens; let us take care of it for you. Offsite laundry service is available for a nominal fee. 

 

• Reset & Staging

Reset and staging all spaces of your home to ensure the space feels relaxing and tidy.

 

• Trash Removal

Empty all trash bins and replace liners. Trash is disposed of in designated bins or outdoor receptacles.

 

• Inventory Check & Restocking

We track and report inventory at every flip! EVERY FLIP! No surprises on missing items for your guests. 

 

• Damage/Maintenance Reports

We track and report damages and maintenance requests at every flip! EVERY FLIP! 

 

• Arrival & Departure Photos

A quick, final inspection to make sure everything is in place, lighting set for same-day arrivals, and the property is guest-ready.
